CGSociety

It's the front cover from the book "Then it rained" which I illustrated for Gumboot Books (a Vancouver-based publishing company). I drew it with a pencil and painted it afterwards with Photoshop. I spent a lot of time with that one since it had to be published and it was my first job as an illustror.
The story is about a kid whose plans are called off every time because of the rain. And in spite of that, he still wants to play. That scene takes place when he's on a park-day-school.
