A few weeks ago Illustration Friday website contest theme was "stargazing". I first thought about the sky as a curtain and the stars hanging from it but then I watched mecha anime and boom! I started seeing a more mechanical sky, like a clock's mechanism.
At the end I decided to add those mechanisms to the moon and mantain the natural sky.
